This is a premium quality drum and cone lampshade decorated with digitally printed pure linen and striking embroideries. For the printing techniques only eco-friendly inks are used. Luxeology Home Returns Policy
We care a lot about what we do. We want you to be happy with your product. If for any reason this isn’t the case please get in touch with us.
If you would like to return your purchase please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any delivery paid.
How to return an order
To start with, please send an email to customerservices@luxeology.co.uk with your full name and order number. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the product is not received in a resalable condition or the original product packaging is not in a resalable condition.
Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages
Here at Luxeology we are very careful choosing who we ask to deliver your precious cargo. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a product damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Outside of 48 hours we are unable to replace any damaged products.
If a product is believed to be faulty then please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We ask that you send an image to us showing the product in it’s original packaging. Please keep all original packaging until you have corresponded with us.
Wallpaper Orders
Wallpaper orders are printed to order and non-returnable. Please be sure of your quantities before ordering. A sample service is available for all our wallpapers. For more help please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at customerservices@luxeology.co.uk
