Luxeology Returns Policy
When you order from Luxeology you are ordering from a small business. We care a lot about what we do. We want you to be happy with your product. If for any reason this isn’t the case, we want to help you with this.
If you would like to return your purchase this is fine but must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any delivery paid.
Here at Luxeology we are very careful choosing who we ask to deliver your precious cargo. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a product damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Outside of 48 hours we are unable to replace any damaged products.
If a product is believed to be faulty then please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We ask that you send an image to us showing the product in it’s original packaging. Please keep all original packaging until you have corresponded with us.
How to return an order
To start with, please send an email to email@example.com with your full name and order number. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging (undamaged). Luxeology cannot accept any responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost (unless of course the item is faulty).
Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if original product packaging is not in a resalable condition.
