Please do not place an order without getting a price for delivery first. If an order is placed for international delivery and then subsequently cancelled there will be a cancellation fee to cover transaction charges.
For all international orders, every care will be taken with the packaging of your order but unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility in the event of damages or lost parcels.

Once an order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and link where possible. Shipments are sent on a signed for service. Please make sure someone is available to accept this delivery.
We ask for shipping telephone numbers so that the courier company can correspond directly with you regarding delivery times.

As standard our furniture orders will be delivered to the front and ground floor of your home.
WHITE GLOVE VIP SERVICE
We offer a white glove VIP service, this includes two man delivery to the room of your choice where your item will be unpacked, assembled and all packaging removed. Additional £49.95, select VIP Service at checkout. Some products are delivered direct from our manufacturer therefore this service may not be available.
Once we are ready to dispatch your order our delivery team will schedule your delivery and send text to book a day and 3 hour time window
On the day of delivery you will receive an email with a LIVE Tracking link so you can track the Van that is delivering your item. This means you don’t have to wait at home all day.
Our drivers also call when they are on the way. Some products are delivered direct from our manufacturer therefore process may differ.
Luxeology Home Returns Policy
We care a lot about what we do. We want you to be happy with your product. If for any reason this isn’t the case please get in touch with us.
If you would like to return your purchase please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any delivery paid.
How to return an order
To start with, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the product is not received in a resalable condition or the original product packaging is not in a resalable condition.
Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Here at Luxeology we are very careful choosing who we ask to deliver your precious cargo. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a product damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Outside of 48 hours we are unable to replace any damaged products.
If a product is believed to be faulty then please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We ask that you send an image to us showing the product in it’s original packaging. Please keep all original packaging until you have corresponded with us.
